Problem

Registered-agent clients receive official mail, legal notices, and compliance documents that have to be received, sorted, and forwarded fast. Handled by hand it's slow and error-prone — and clients hate waiting on documents that can carry deadlines.

What we built

We built the full web platform: a secure client portal with a unique mail-forwarding suite, then layered in AI that scans and classifies incoming documents, routes them to the right client, and flags compliance items automatically.

Result

Clients see and act on their mail the moment it lands, and the team manages far more accounts without adding headcount.

Travel nurses juggle assignments, credentials, pay, and housing across phone calls and email threads — friction that eats recruiter time and tests every clinician's patience.

What we built

We designed and shipped Nightingale Connect, a cross-platform mobile app for iOS and Android that puts assignments, documents, and pay in nurses' pockets — with AI that helps match clinicians to jobs and automates credential and reminder workflows.

Result

Nurses self-serve what used to need a phone call, and recruiters spend their time placing people instead of chasing paperwork.
